Aquanaut Yachtcharter Sneek is part of the internationally operating yacht builder Aquanaut Yachting Holland, for more than 45 years responsible for the building of steel motor cruisers. Every year 25 Aquanauts are launched from our yard to find home berths in harbours throughout Europe. Our company has 60 employees.

Our yacht charter is situated within walking distance of the picturesque town of Sneek in the province of Friesland, Holland. Our harbour offers amenities such as showers, washing machines with spinner, a fuelling station and an outboardshop. Your car may be safely parked in our car park, which is permanently under observation and at night behind locked gates. Before you, lay without hindrance of bridge or lock the entrance to the beautiful and original Frisian lake district. Your holiday starts immediately when you step on board the Aquanaut of your choice.

The Foundation Adapted Watersport Friesland (SAWF) has arisen from the need to offer disabled people the possibility to take full part in the water sport. THE SAWF generate resources, initiate and accompany activities which coincide with the realisation of this objective. The ` ACCESS - a first initiative - an adapted yacht has been developed especially for people with a handicap.

The EV models offer many possibilities. In the spacious wheel house below you can enjoy the water in a sheltered manner while being outside.

By opening the doors entirely, the wheel house becomes one with the lounge creating a vast one-level space.

This unique Drifter is provided with a so-called Pilot House: a fixed wheel house, comfortably accommodating both captain and crew. The entire ship is extra insulated, provided with double glazing and Kabola hot-water heating with radiators. Whatever the season, you will be comfortable!

DRIFTER 1250 AK

A sturdy ship for the connoisseur. With its multi-twist hull, bilge keels and electronic compass excellent for bigger waters such as IJsselmeer or Waddenzee. With three separate cabins excellent for larger groups.
